Dr. Roger Murray, MD, an Orlando-based cosmetic and vascular surgeon, is announcing the opening of South-West Family Practice, a brand new family medicine section of his Orlando facility, The Murray Center.

Orlando, Fla. – March 16, 2009 – Dr. Roger Murray, MD, Orlando-based cosmetic and vascular surgeon and anti-aging specialist, has recently announced the opening of South-West Family Practice at his facility in Orlando, Fla., The Murray Center. Dr. Murray began his career as a Family Practitioner before becoming one of the country’s most accomplished Phlebologists. Recently, Dr. Murray began recertifying last year and has just recently been recertified and reinstated as a Family Practitioner by the Florida Academy of Family Practice and the American Academy of Family Practice.

Dr. Murray recently said, “Because I already have an established practice, my Family Practice will be a little different than what you might have become accustomed to. I will see all the patients myself; there will be no P.A.’s, and I will not treat you like a number to be processed, but rather a human being with a problem that needs to be solved. I believe if you give the patient long enough they will tell you the diagnosis that you are looking for, therefore, I treat patients – not lab results.”

I proscribe to the basics we were taught in medical school: listen to the patient then inspect, palpate, auscultate, and percuss. About Dr. Roger Murray:

Dr. Roger Murray, M.D. is an Orlando, Fla. based cosmetic surgeon, specializing in minimally invasive cosmetic surgery and is an expert in scar minimization techniques, aesthetics and anti-aging.
