Meet Dr. Murray

Roger Y. Murray, M.D.

Roger Murray M.D. did his under graduate work in both California and Charleston S.C. He attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina. After graduation he did a year in Internal Medicine followed by a Residency in Family Practice.

He entered into solo private Family Practice in Altamonte Springs, but after a few years his interest turned to Phlebology. Realizing that there were no formal training programs in the U.S. he traveled abroad and spent most of two years training with the best Phlebologists in Europe. Upon returning to the U.S. he co-founded the American Academy of Phlebectomy. For the next five years he taught dozens of surgeons to do out patient vein surgery. He recently finished a two year term as president of the surgical section of the American College of Phlebology and was one of the first 40 physicians in the U.S. to be awarded a Fellowship.

After placing several of his hand carved stone sculptures in his office people began to recognize his artistic talents and started requesting that he perform minor cosmetic procedures on them. The word spread quickly and soon his cosmetic practice blossomed to half of his total practice. To do the procedures that he now does he traveled extensively throughout the world only leaning from the very best.
Always in pursuit of learning he has written two books, Practice Without Fear and
Forever Young and Healthy. His newest book due out next year is titled Tele-Kinesthesiology and will deal with curing the body of diseases with energy medicine.
